I just had my brand new car ceramic coated by LAD and the service was honestly 10/10!
I was originally put off of ceramic coating after I had it done on my previous car by the car dealership, now as someone who knows very little about cars I can tell you that there is a MAJOR difference in what a dealership can offer in a coating vs a professional detailer, literally just by looking at it.
On my previous car I couldn’t even tell if they had coated it, but when I picked up my new car today from LAD it was instantly noticeable, the car looks shiny and newer than when I drove it out of the dealership!
Not only does the car look 10x better but the service they provide at LAD is unmatched, they’re really thorough at explaining the whole process from start to finish and give you realistic expectations for the products they use, they’re also very detailed when going over how to look after the car once you take it home.
Being a woman I’m so used to dealing with places that speak to you like you’re stupid but I didn’t experience that with LAD, Blade was honestly awesome and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, he’s genuinely excited to go through the process with you and answer any questions you have.
He was also great at keeping in touch, I didn’t have to wonder what was happening with my car, and he really went above and beyond to get the car back to me quickly.
I’ll definitely be coming back here when I need my car detailed and recommending them to everyone I know!
